Wonderful, magical, amazing
We couldn't have asked for more to celebrate my daughter's forthcoming wedding, seven girls enjoying seven days of what felt like heaven.
The staff, the service, the food, the surroundings are all fabulous. But above all the ambience is truly magical.
The owners have created a real oasis which we will undoubtedly return to.

Totale pace e relax a NoorZayan
Sono molto fortunata di aver soggiornato a NoorZayan in diverse occasioni, l'ultima volta nell' ottobre 2013. Ogni volta e' stata un'esperienza altamemte positiva.
Situata alle porte di Marrakech, in un'oasi di pace, NoorZayan e' una casa estremamente comoda disponendo di tutte le caratteristiche di una villa moderna mantenendo pero' lo charme proprio della casa tipica marocchina. Con le sue linee architettoniche pulite e scorci aperti sulla Palmeraie e le montagne dell'Atlante, la Villa e' impeccabile in tutti i dettagli dalle lenzuola immacolate, alle tovaglie ricamate, ai saponi profumati....l'ospitalita' si trasforma in arte.
Il personale, discreto e sempre disponibile, esaudisce tutti i tuoi desideri con il sorriso. I piatti marocchini preparati a NoorZayan sono un'esperienza culinaria altamente raffinata ed indimenticabile.
I passatempi vanno dalla piscina, tennis, gioco di bocce, billiardo, ping-pong, palla a volo e l'immancabile Hamman. Tutti possono trovare qualcosa da fare. E se non bastasse, a 30 minuti circa, la vibrante città' di Marrakech offre cultura, shopping nel coloratissimo souk, una scelta invidiabile di ristoranti e, per i piu' nottambuli, una vita notturna variegata ed avvincente.
Cio' che amo di piu' del miei soggiorni a NoorZayan e' la capacita' del posto di farmi sentire subito in vacanza. Dai primi passi dentro la Villa il tempo si dilata e l'effetto benefico e' immediato.
A scandire il tempo sono solo i suggestivi richiami alla preghiera del muezzin dalla vicina moschea.

Beyond our imagination
It was never going to be easy to fulfil all our needs but Noor Zayan delivered beyond our imagination.
We needed a place that we wouldn't be bored of staying for 1 month. It had to cater for over 25 family members and friends coming and going. It had to work for a group that ranged from 3 months to 75 years old. There had to be a diverse range of activities as well as cuisine to ensure there was no feeling of repetition from one day to the next. There needed to be something for all, indoors and out, a balance of variety with homely familiarity. Something for the energetic amongst us as well as those that just wanted to relax and be pampered. Perhaps most importantly, somewhere with a level of service that meant we could relax and enjoy every moment with our guests without worrying about anything.... It was a tall order to meet.
Needless to say there was not one aspect that didn't beat our sky high expectations.
The architectural design of the building is stunning, it simple flows effortlessly from one room to the next. Everything has been carefully thought about, from the spa to the eating areas, the games room and the guest outhouse. The facilities are incredible and the grounds meant you could host your own recreational pleasures, we had our own Olympics and Cricket matches virtually everyday.
The food was out of this world, with so much thought given to ensuring plenty of choice and catering for practically anything you desire. We ate every single meal at the villa except for one dinner in the Medina, we never ate out again. Everything was prepared to the highest possible standard and meal times really were culinary experiences to be savoured.
In reality what really made this month and Noor Zayan so perfect is the staff. Nothing was too much to ask and they have mastered the art of being available for your every request but at the same time camouflaged into the background, so you feel that this is your home away from home with all the privacy to allow you to fully relax. Every single guest of ours couldn't praise the staff highly enough, they were so friendly, hardworking and accommodating.... Quite honestly I am embarrassed by how well we were treated!
We hope this becomes an annual retreat for us, an escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of London. I cannot fault the place and those who know me, know I am not easily pleased! Noor Zayan has given us lasting memories to treasure.... Hopefully next time we can stay a little longer.

Truly amazing holiday !
The villa is absolutely lovely and kept clean meticulously by the staff who work tirelessly throughout the day in the background so you hardly realize they are there.
The food was fantastic with a banquet table laid out each time for breakfast, lunch and dinner either inside or outside, downstairs, or upstairs on the roof top.
The pool area is lovely and peaceful with the beautifully kept surrounding garden and Atlas Mountains as a backdrop!
If you are feeling a bit more active, there’s a pool table, a tennis table and a tennis court; all of which kept very well maintained just like everything else – giving you a feeling of “newness” everywhere you go!
We didn’t leave the villa much – we didn’t want to! We visited the souks which are a 25 minute drive away one day and on another we went to Nikki Beach where we had booked to eat in the afternoon but decided instead to go home – why not? - The food, service and surroundings at home left no real desire to need to go anywhere! We were so well looked after – anything we asked the staff for they bent over backwards to provide.
We went early April so it was chilly in the evenings, but every cloud has a silver lining – this meant that we could have these gorgeous wood fires both inside or outside lit for us – the olive wood burns with such a beautiful flame.
We had such a fun & relaxing time the only question when we left was not would we come back, but when!

Nous tenions à tous vous remercier pour ce délicieux séjour.
Nous avons passé quelques jours divins dans votre si belle maison, merveilleusement pensée tant pour les petits que pour les plus grands et le personnel a fait tout ce qu’il a pu pour que tout se passe parfaitement.
Un grand merci à tous : Jouad, Hisham, Hadija qui nous a régalé et tous les autres.
Nous espérons revenir très vite.

Luxury and privacy just outside Marrakech
Close to Marrakech, but quiet amongst the palm trees with views of the mountains, Noorzayan is like a top private hotel in a villa.
The accommodation is stylish and very comfortable, air-conditioned. Linen and towels, spotless and sumptuous. The staff is discrete and charming, the food is amazing. Meals can be served on the roof top on sofa/cushions, or around the huge dining table with fabulous views, in the garden, indoors, or around a large table outside under an awning, giving a more varied experience if staying a while.
The pool is large and a pleasure to swim in. There can be entertainment booked of singers and dancers. There is an aviary and my children loved flying the birds of prey, tennis court, boules, trampoline, pool table, games room, library, etc. There is a lot to do without even leaving the villa.
We loved our time here and will definitely be coming again.

Luxurious summer in Marrakech
We have stayed at noorzayan three times now with our two children.
The house is beautiful and extremely tastefully decorated and maintained in immaculate condition. The staff are super efficient and friendly and somehow go about all their work without us even noticing - helped us feel as if we had the house all to ourselves! It is truly more than a home away from home.
The food made by the staff is delicious right from breakfast to all meals. We tried some local dishes and other food and the staff seem to be well trained to be able to provide a variety of dishes.
It was a holiday where we were happy on many counts- we could play tennis, have a massage, experience a hamam bath, swim and relax by the pool, enjoy great meals with spectacular views of the gardens and Marrakech, play great board games and watch movies some afternoons to keep the kids indoors for a while! We were also able to go into the centre of Marrakech quite easily and explore the town and the souks.
It will always be one of our best and luxurious holidays. Thank you.

Noor Zayan, a magic place!
Noor Zayan is definitely one of those special places you'll never forget... It's not just the luxury, the amazing service or the breath taking views, it's more than that... In fact, there is truly something magical about the place that makes one feel so well, so disconnected from the real world.
We celebrated our wedding at the Villa and the wedding overpassed all our expectations, it was like a dream, it couldn't be better!
So the only problem we could see with Noor Zayan is that it's so hard to leave...

Amazing Magical Place and Fabulous Staff and Food
We stayed here for one week with our three small children, and grandparents in May 2011. We all had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the tranquility and peace, though we had great plans to be active and out and about!
The villa itself is beautifully designed and furnished with lovely contemporary bathrooms to match. The little touches really make it special from beautiful fresh roses in every room, to floating flowers to olive twigs with the soaps.
The staff are wonderful with it being kept immaculate, sweeping fallen leaves away to putting out candles at nights in the drawing room and terrace. The staff are all friendly and very helpful yet discreet. You hardly notice them change the sheets, towels etc.But very happy and friendly hellos when you did bump in to them.
The food was wonderful, we went for Traditional dishes mainly with the Cook happily cooking slightly different things for my children. Who from the day they were leaving are badgering me to go back.
The staff were very helpful at organising a few things for us .We even got to meet some of the Falcons, I just wished it was the right time of year to go out on a hunt.
The pool was lovely and kept very well. As were the gardens.
I feel it is hard to put into the words the whole experience but the photos do not do it justice. Thanks for a fabulous time and we are coming back next spring.
